Dr Franco has held senior leadership roles including APAC Chief Analytics Officer at GroupM / MediaCom, Director of Brand Science at OMD Australia, and Head of Modeling at Unilever.

Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations such as IKEA, BP, and National Australia Bank to optimise investment decisions and unlock sustainable revenue growth.

He holds a PhD in Economics and Business (Econometrics) from the University of Western Sydney and lectures in analytics at university level.
